Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $100.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on sale items. All other items may be returned within 14 days of the purchaser's receipt of the item. You can choose whether you would like a refund or store credit.
If you would like to return an item, contact us at twinellc88@gmail.com. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Are the dates for preorder items exact?
We strive to have items to the purchaser on or before the approximate dates listed on each product page for preorder items. However, sometimes items may become backordered or shipping is delayed. When we become aware that an item will not arrive as anticipated, we reach out to the customer to let them know it will be later than we anticipated and give them options for how to proceed.
Can I try on an item prior to purchasing?
If the item is in stock, we are happy for local customers to pick it up and try it on. Just reach out to us on the contact page to make arrangements. We also have popup shops from time to time, which are advertised on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
How do I know which size to order?
Reach out to us on the contact page if you are having trouble choosing which size to order. For many of the items, we can provide a size chart or let you know how they run.
